I HAD RECEIVED A ANSWER FOR MY LEGAL QUESTION aGmk1222fa, sir after filing a police case will i be able to take custody of the girl.GIRL BELONGS TO A AREA CALLED PULLIANTHOPPU AND WE BELONG TO A AREA CALLED MUGAPPAIR, WHICH AREA SHOULD I FILE A COMPLIANT. CAN I ACCOMPANY HER TO LODGE A COMPLIANT. SHOULD I TAKE A LAWYER WITH ME. AFTER FILING THE COMPLIANT,WILL THE POLICE AGREE TO SEND THE GIRL WITH ME IF SHE WANTS TO STAY WITH US LIFE LONG. ANY LETTER SHOULD BE GOT FRO HER. GIRL HAS STUDIED 10TH STD, SHE IS VERY MUCH AFRAID OF HER PARENTS

you may file a complaint where the girl is residing and seek permission from the court for her guardianship if she is a minor.
