My recently married sister found out that husband was married6 yrs back to someone via register marriage,but they did not stay 2gether.Can she register her present marriage now or will there be any problems bcoz we want to avoid family problems.

2nd marriage is null and void . The first can book your sister and her husband for bigamy. Ask your sisters husband to get divorce from his 1st wife or find out whether the 1st wife she is alive or not.
this case of bigamy. she might face problam too. aske her husband for this and trace out 1st wife. If she is alive and dont have divorce, make police report against him for bigamy.
2nd marriage is void.and your sister may face problem.it is better for her husband to take a decree of nulity from her 1st wife
