Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, i wish to know that i recently signed a divorce deed with my husband on 100 re stamp paper and notarized stating one and half years separation. I also have custody of a daughter of 6 yrs with me stated in the deed. I dont wish to remarry now. Now i wish to know that can i have a live-in relationship in future with somebody else even if i dont go for court order.My husband refuses to mutually sign the court order now and i dont wish to apply unless mutually consented. Please advice

First of all file an application for order of seperation on the basis of that deed. After that court will grant divorce.

but without divorce, you may be in trouble.
