Re:child's surname

First of all ,i would like to thankKumar Pandey & Co. lawfirm as well as maratha law firm for their prompt reply to my querry. Thanks a lot. but i had read somewhere that now the supreme court had given instructions taht the child born out of intercaste marriage can inherit either of parents' caste according to the wishes of his parents. Is there any such thing?

if it is so i am not aware of such judgement but i will search it out.

i feel that it is possible that such judgement might have been delivered. as it is a good view.
