I have to go for reconcillation on 16-July-2011. I dont know about the process. can any one brief me. My wife filled a suit against me under section 12(a) (Medical Impotecy) and she has not given any proof to court. Now court is in banglore and i am staying in mumbai. I went on first date but they have not come. Now court told me that come on 16-July-2011 for reconcillation. My marriage was love marriage and her parents were not agreed at that time. But suddenly she went her home and from there she filled a case against me. Now i dont know what happend. They are not picking phone. i could not able to contact her from last 2.5 months. Pls suggest me the right thing now what i should do.

Ask her to go for Mutual consent divorce which would save you time ,money and energy.
better you consult a lawyer, i can only say that the reconceliation is nothing but the court ask both the parties and try to settle the dispute
