recovery of dowry

We are belongs to Indian Muslim family. My brother -in-law deserted my sister after performing second marriage without my sister's consent ane knowledge. He has been harrassing my sister. so far no Talaq and Khula has taken place.At the time of marriage Two lakhs money ,20 tholas gold and Dahej articles has given. Now the case is in the court of law under sec. 498(A), D.P.Act of 3 and 4 and 494. Now my question is, Is there any possibility of dowry recovery? If there is, how we have to proceed?What are the provisions?Is there any previous judgements? There are certain evidences with us that we can prove that they have taken dowry.Please help us and guide us to get the justice and dowry back as.

As regards your as naratted in brief, the necessary legal actions have aready been taken and the appropriate complaints have already been made as per your query, You need to systematically follow your initiated complaints for the right legal recourse. You may file for divorce if so required by invoking appropriate grounds as per law.
