hi my name is reena i want to know something regarding divorce. i got married in 29 october 2005 but i never lived with husband even a one hour.and since that time i am living in another city alone. now i got married again in 22 jan 2013 with another man. but my previous husband now troubling me a lot. my previous husband wants me to back in his life. but i am not ready because in 7 years he did not try to search me. now i want to know that if i never spent a single movement with him so have i got automatically divorce or i have to file it.

You have to file for divorce, otherwise the second marriage is not valid and will cause legal complications .

What have you done in your life ? How can you get married without getting a Divorce from your 1st husband. Your 2nd marriage is invalid/ illegal . Engage a lawyer to guide you properly. Dear client u have to take divorce from court. yr second marriage has no value in the eye of law. if yr husband known about it he can file bigamy case against u and yr present husband. for any legal help call me via path legal

You need to file divorce....unless you do not take divorce you can not remarry... so you second marrige is null and void.... even ur 1st husband can file a case for bigamy against you and ur 2nd husband.. so its better to file for divorce and do not declare your second marriage ...

There is nothing like automatic divorce. You must file for a divorce, you can seek divorce on various grounds and more particularly on the ground non- consummation of marriage.
