in referance to my previous question i would like to tell u that the child is just 6 months old ,so is it possible for the court to give away custody to the father?

no, it is not possible unless the mother is unable to take care of the child due to any physical or mental handicap.

It is certainly difficult for the Court to grant custody of a child of 6 months to the father but the woman should not indulge in any adultery .
