Legal Question in Family Law in India

I did a register marriage in 2005 & got divorce in 2010. Can I do a second registration marriage? And I dont want to inform my fiance(current) abt this. Pls advice.

Yes, you may go ahead with second marriage. However, you are advised to inform your fiance about true factual position.
