i did register marriage with my love.Now their parents not accepting our marriage. she was Threatended. separated us.forcing to get divorce.Now she following their parents. i dont want to get divorce. what shall i do now...? they got sign from me in notary public paper.. how can i get my wife back...?

File a Habeas Corpus petition before the High Court and the High Court would do the needful. file a petition u/s 9 HMA, you can also file writ petition in hon,ble Court or can also file complaint to police
Do three things - i) File a Write Petition for Habeas Corpus and ii) File an application in family court for restitution of conjugal rights and iii) Make a police complaint for the paper they made you sign forcibly.
