You have not mentioned about her age if she is a minor then you may be booked for kidnap,etc.If she is a major with proof like birth certificate then no one in this world can challenge you provided she is wilfully marrying you or else again the same problem abduction and all.

As per Mr.Rohini Kumar, he is absolutly right but your situation is different. In the cases like you there is very big risk of death and life.

The parents of girl in Punjab side even kill the boy and girl. So we have to take care of this very carefully.

I dont want that you should come to me but the thing is, i want you to guide for all the pros and cons of your step and the ways to come out of that. Further i am always keen to protect and help the lovebirds all around the world. Anyhow good luck for you and for our bhabi.

If the girl's parents are opposed to this marriage, they may register a case against you depending upon their strength and factual position, irrespective of affidavit of the girl which may be used by you later.
