i had registered my marriage in sub registar office chennai, TN .they given me 6 page print out containing the tile in first page as TRUE EXTRACT OF HINDU MARRIAGE REGISTER KEPT BY THE MARRIAGE REGISTAR OFFICE .....in the last page SIGNATURE OF MARRIAGE REGISTRAR , SEAL OF REGISTRAR , TN GOVT HOLOGRAM is present....what made me to confuse is they had given the extract in normal print out with Sub Registrar sign & seal , TN govt hologram. i thought marriage certificate will be in single page with bride , bridegroom photos attached ...but in extract which i got doesnt contain photos of bride bridegroom..would like to know what they given is a marriage certificate? is this 6 page is the marriage certificate ?whether i can use this for applying passport & visa purpose?pls clarify

Can you scan all the six pages of your so called marriage certificate because marriage certificate is of single page. Please clarify.
you may scan and send the marriage certificate to the lawyer for better opinion.
