Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can a registered will be challenged in the courts of law after the executant's death on the basis of 'forced' 'mentally stable' or 'influenced?' How does the executant prevent this possibility while drafting the will? Thank you

Yes it can be challenged. You cannot prohibit a challenge.
