Registering the marriage which happened on predate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have got married on 23rd Feb 08 without any legal formation and it is a love marriage

Still then we have not register our marriage and given our date of marriage as 23rd Feb 08 in all documents (Like Bank Docs, Officical Requirements, etc)

Now we want to get register our marriage and the date of marriage (23rd Feb 08)

Can our marriage be registered? And where I would contact for that?

you can get teh marriage registered in the sub regisrar office (assuming that you are hindus) of the area where you stay
