Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have an registred marriage(more than4 months) with a lady,but at the day of marriage ceremony another lady fir against me and the police arrested me on the same day and send to jail for 45 days.i have on me charges under section 493.376,417,34 ipc. after returning from jail,i want my wife to come my house, but my father in law want our's divorce.

if there any process in his situation leagely toget back my wife?

leagly if my father in law succeding in divorce us?

what are the option for him to divorce us?
