Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, Related to your answer(8WNP4QvEdq), the child is in Husband's/in-law'ss custody....right now.

Mother want the child custody at the earliest as there is a tension between husband and wife relation and wife has left her husband house 4 months back..

Also how much time to get child custody from court after the petition....

Please suggest....

mother stands a good chance of getting the custody and she may pray for interim custody to the court and it may be granted soon.
