Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to ask something related to my previous question which I asked yesterday regarding application of sec 10 of cpc on my restitution petition actually we both are summoned together in the Court so I want to know that my petition for restitution will be decided first or his Petition for divorce as he has filed first.
