Re-marriage
Iam a divorcee and I want to marry a boy who is separated but didnot get divorce from court of law as his wife is not ready to go for it.
His wife gave permission to marry me and gave a letter to him which she is not ready to give in the court.
In this issue,what can I do?Can I marry that boy now,but in future..can his x-wife create problem to both of us.Pls guide me.
Iam from Vijayawada,Andhra pradesh.

your marriage wihout the boy obaining divorce will not be vaild in teh eyes of law.

If the boy is not obtaining a divorce then your marriage is illegal its void.

If the boy is not a muslim then you cannot marry him without his taking divorce from the court. The boy can be booked under IPC for offence of Bigamy and moreover your marriage will be null and void.

You should NOT marry this man until 30 days after he gets a final decree of divorce. the marriage will be VOID in law and you will not be conferred a legal status of wife but will be reduced to be his "CONCUBINE" or "KEEP". Secondly, the first wife may prosecute both of you for bigamy.

No,you can not marry the boy,otherwise,you shall be liable to be punished for adultery/Bigamy etc.
