Legal Question in Family Law in India

remarriage Law

I have remarried to a divorcee who has a child. Maintenance charges are paid as one time during his divorce. Now all the investments we do are in joint name. I am the earning member in the family. I have a will where I have mentioned all property to my son after my death. But if my husband dies first, will his child have right to the investments that were made after second marriage?
