what are the adotion rules my future husband wants to adopt my 1 yr old baby and my ex husband dint even see my baby when baby was born neither after till date and not shown any concern towards it ....so can i add my future husband name in babies paasport and all legal documents of babies without my husband concerned and how much time this all takes

No, you may not change the baby's father's name without consent of the child's biological father.
Your future husband may need to adopt the child with the consent of your child's father. If child'd father does not give his consent, he will remain the father in records also and you may not change the same. The child's father may be entitled to visitation rights also if he may so claim.

No you cannot enter your present husband's name without a consent from child's biological father.
