my wife has filed a suite of partion,through her daughters who are minor, my divorce case is in process,the suite property is ancessteral and i have five sisters and mother is alive along with me.

its too early to seek some movements in this case but your children rights cannot be denied in any case so inform the legal proceedings dep of family court

after divorce she can not claim anything if she recieves her complete claim in the proceedings.

during proceedings her filing suit for partition is not of much relevence as she will get one thing either part of the property or the money, that too depends on you.

Contest the case as suit of partition filed by your daughters through your wife in regard to ancestral properties is not maintainable. For further query contact me

you wife has got a wise counsel! inform the family court of the legal proceedings! she cannot have the cake and eat it too! - but your children's right cannot be denied! but it is too early to seek for it.

The suit for partion is not maintainable nor your daughter or wife has any right in the ancestral property.It is only the legal heirs have equal right in the property,hence,it is only your share to which your daughter or wife can entitled but too shall not be in your life time.they can claim your share only,that too only after your death.
