Legal Question in Family Law in India

please reply very urgent

i want to know that if my husband is earning montly 2 lakhs and will earn 8 lakhs montly after 2 years and have flat and car want to know if in todays date if i give him divorce as he has filled so how much amout can i expect for 1 time out of court settlement and as more important i want to know is that as we have minor son so even after out of court settlement does he have to pay to child for next 18 years or no ...and how much time it takes for maintanice to get started after filling as it has been 6 months but hearing dint take place so now in my next date can i expect all money from date of filling to till date together ...and dva is filed with family court or criminal court

The last question first : DVA application can be filed in all the pending proceedings - the family court as also in criminal court;

You may expect a maintenance amount of at least rupees one lac per month; and/or permanent alimony of approximately one crore; the formula being that the amount should general interest income equivalent of the monthly maintenance amount.
