thank you very much for replying..! but i will not settle mutually as my husband and my inlaws had tortured me a lot.what i had seen in life.Now i want to teach them a lesson.And about this new person in life i will sacrifice him..But if my husband could prove me guity of this illegal relationship, then only i will be harmed.. as words in court have no value...as it needs evidence.M i right???So he needs to prove me guity???pleasee reply??I dont want money but cost of my ruined life...

yes you are right, madam. it has to be proved by evidence. You may not settle. that is your prerogative. Never under estimate the opponents. it is very common these days for husbands to engage detectives in matrimonial disputes.
there is no need to suffer in the relationship and end it with a divorce and start your life afresh. revenge is like a bone in the mouth of a dog...the dog sucks his own blood n not the bone.
