thanx for your reply..still i hv some questions.

1) if customery divorce is not valid then why here in ahmedabad all lawyers saying that there is some relaxation for obc and sc st cast and court may consider this stamp paper as valid.

2) now there is two way to get decree....

(1) 13 b ( mutual consent) and (2) is 7b ( if one is not agree)

2) what is this section 7(b) ? is it valid in all over india or out of india?

3) i am confused about this decree 7b.

kindly clear it.

1) you may check your state rules.

2)If you are a Hindu than you may apply for divorce under Section 13(1) in case of contested divorce and setion 13 B in case of mutual consent. 7(B) is a section stating ceremonies of marriage and not divorce
