Legal Question in Family Law in India

I requested my lawyer to file an application for the amendment of mutual consent divorce petition (section 13B, Hindu Marriage Act,1955). According to him the court has granted permission for the amendment.

My question is, will the amended petition require both mine and my husband's signature again before it is filed in court?

Because according to my lawyer, this time it will require only my signed photograph on the amended petition since i am the petitioner number 1.

Mutual Consent means agreed by both parties so it had to be sighed by both parties for any amendment which you are seeking from the court.
