Legal Question in Family Law in India

Where does a resident of Bandra West register a will. It seems it is no longer done at Bandra Family court in Bandra East but now needs to be done at Khar West. Kindly adivse. Also, are the 2 witnesses required to go for registration purpose

It was never done at the Family Court in Bandra, it can be done in MHADA building at Bandra East.
