Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello I am resident of Pinjore, I am married in year 2010. My wife is a government employee and i am a private sector employee. My wife and her parents always abuse me and threats for court case and other mental harassment. What should I do in this case. my wife also not wants to give me respect and not want to live with my family.We are having a 2 month old baby. What type of case they might register against me and how to get rid off it? Pls suggest....

As per the latest judgments of Supreme Court, the police have to follow the procedure to register FIR against husband and in laws. If complaint is false they may refer the complaint as mistake of fact.
