Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are residing in Bangalore and want to adopt a kid from Maharashtra. Is there any law coming forth that will not allow for the other state people to adopt from Maharashtra?

There is no such law which prohibits people of state to adopt child or children of another state but you have to fulfill legal requirements before you adopt a child.
