how to contact a local attorney in US since i am in india. Also i want to tell that i was not working there only a house wife. Is it possible to apply for GC even if husband is not willing to? bcz i feel if husband is not ready to file for me, i cannot get GC . please explain.

You may write us a private e-mail and we will try to find an attorney for you.

You may be allowed to apply for GC even if your husband is not willing to include your name. However, we may need your marriage certificate or any other proof of marriage i.e. your previous H-4 visa and photocopy of passport etc.
