Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Respected Gurus, I am 28 year old and was married when I was 21. Now I got in love with a girl and want to marry her. Its not just attraction as she is not so beautiful but we love each other. Even she wants to marry me but on the condition that I will NOT leave my first wife.I am Muslim and shes Hindu but I dont want to convert her to Islam. I am even ready to convert if require to get married. I have also put sindoor and mangalsutra on her but in alone. She is very serious about this and want to marry me.Please advice if this marriage is possible by court of law?
