Legal Question in Family Law in India

respected kalra sir i m also going through divorce proceedings we all know how long is the procedure and now new bill has come and noone knows how much time will it take to become alaw and seconly as a layman i fail to understand this kind of bill and you also said in one of the query this may be opposed you see to become domestic violence it took almost 15 years to become law please clear my questions.
