respected lawguru, my wife has applied for RCR. i donot want to take her back. previously i told to caw cell also that i dnt want to take her in my life. but then also she applied for RCR in court.

(a) is there any mediator cell in the court? what is difference between mediators in caw cell and mediators in court?

(b) currently i m offereing 10 lacs to wife, thro' caw cell, but she is not agree. whether court mediators involve in alimony settlement matters also??

Court mediation is formal. You have to negotiate thro advocates. Or if u are hindu, You may offer Permanent Alimony before court to grant divorce. By filing separate case for divorce along with IA for Permanent alimony. Or File Counter claim in the pending RCR itself
