respected legal experts ,

I HAVE a divorce case running , filed by me for around 3 years , I am contesting the hma 24 petition , I have suddenly received summons by outstation court under DVA .MY query is do I NEED TO FEAR ANYTHING even if I AM clear ,absolutely no harm done to lady ever and whatsoever.

The question of harm/hurt/cruelty or domestic violence will be decided by the court; you may file your version. If you do not appear in response to summons issued by court, you may receive warrants; the court may also pass an exparte order against you.

You may consider an amicable out of court settlement to avoid litigation.

you need to appear in the court or they mayissue a warrant against you regarding facts you need to prove them at the time of trail
