Respected sir,
I am dimpal bawne.I am 26 years old.I am doing.Doctory.I got married on 20th april 2008.Due to some misunderstanding me and my husband got seperated.After 7 months he put case in court against me.After that magistrate put maintanence case on him of Rs.1000.We seperately put maintenance in other district court.so what other cases we can put against him from our(girl's)side.
Please reply ous as soon as possible.

filing of a case against your husband depends totally upon the circumstances and problems faced by you. You should not be filing any case on false grounds which you are unable to prove in the Court in future.
