Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir !

Its Govind Bapuji

My birth was at home and not in any hospital.

My Query is, if my birth is not Regd (1976 March) then i dont have my Birth Certificate too, now can i get my Birth Certificate or i would be getting a Non Avblity of Record in the Muncipal office .

What should i do now to get my birth certificate

If i get my birth Certificate is it legal to get a BAck dated Registration done and then get a Certificate or whats the Substitue doc for it.

As Non Avbility Certificate would be ok from the Muncipal Council

What all Affidivets are required for all this.

What will be my role play including my parents

Plz let me know the Legal Procedure to get through it !

in case you don't have birth certificate and no records are available with Muncipal authorities then you can prepare Affidavit stating facts of your birth.

sir:

Even if birth was at home, there is nothing wrong in checking and/or applying with Municipality for birth certificate. Some time mid-wife associated with delivery at home record the birth of child with municipality. Once sure, that Municipality has no record, they certainly can give you a certification of No Entry as required by US Embassy in India. Thereafter you can get a back dated registration done by making an application with SDM of your area. An inquiry would be conducted through local police station and SDM would order registration of brith certificate.
