Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,

My husbands has filed Divorcee in Subcourt 1 year back. Now only heappeared for the first time. All in Sudden the judge ordered to appear for lok adalat. I didn't ask for settlement only maintanence application i have filed.and restitution. I am not sure whether my husband requested for lok adalat. any how can the court order without the consent of me for lok adalat. is it a trick from my husband side to force me to come for settlement..

can i say no or not interested or donot appear on the day of lok adalt.

There is nothing unusal about the court order. Lok Adalat is an alternative effective mode of dispute resolution.
