Respected sir,

I am a MCA graduate.My marriage was soleminized before 2 years.They took all my jewels,dowry,dresses and they(my husband,his parents and brother and his wife) chased out with the help of police.so i made lot of effort to compromise.no use.Atlast i got residence order and protection order.eventhough no use.now i am having his 1 years daughter.i am staying with my parents.

1.How i can get the dowry and jewels

1.maintanace how much i can ask because he has own joint business with his brother.

You may file a criminal case seeking return of your dowry. For maintenance, you may file a separate case under DVA and/or HAMA.

File case under sec 498-A against your husband and other culprits. Ask for maintanance and also file a case for return of all your jewelry and money. You may also file a divorce case.
