Respected Sir, My question is that my first wife expired on 8/4/1997 then i have a boy child age 3.3 years . again married with a divorced lady without issue on 20/9/2000 for looking after my child. but his behavior is not good towards my child any how again i got a boy child in second marriage.After that her behavior is so cruel towards my elder son then there is no peace is my home . my elder son became 15.5 years old he was studying very good in class 10th . then one day i went to my office that day was holiday in his school. his step mother quarreled with him and he left home and committed suicide by train on 22/5/2009. after that i gave up her to parents home, they already know everything. But i did not take any criminal action against her this is my one mistake.
I field a divorce, she field a maintenance 125ipc. I am paying maintenance as per court order to her and younger son..
Sir Please Could u please tell me how i will get divorce from this cruel lady my divorce case is going on but till not get decree. which grounds i will get divorce please tell me there is any case decision earlier like this type of in supreme court or in high court in Madhya Pradesh.

Gentleman, I am sorry to learn your situation. You may be entitled to divorce on the ground of "cruelty" if you bring adequate evidence to support your allegations.

this is a very sorry state of affairs and shows that cruelty knows no gender. have u included the unfortunate incident of your eldest son in your petition for divorce. it is advisable to hire an aggressive lawyer and seek short dates in order to get early divorce.
