Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Sir,
I am female got married in 2007 at Bihar.Afetr 04 months i became pregnant and at the same time my husband has filed divorce in court without informing me.just now i have 02 years baby which is leaving with me.I have transfer that case from Bihar to baroda as it's difficult to attand the court date from Baroda to Bihar for me and My small daughter.But my husband has filed for stay order in supreme court and after 02 hearing in supreme court he has taken option of settlement and supreme court also agreed with his statement.I don't want give him divorce and he has not cleared yet that which type of settlement he wants.My first settlement and second settlement date was over.He wants 03days settlement in 1st date and i agreed for that.During second settlement he was not present and he replied that i am suffering from fever.Lawyer has called him for next day but he has refused to come.we have already palnned of staying 03days in delhi but he refused to attand all three days.Now settlement lawyer has given other date for settlement.Sir i don't understand what can i do?and what will happen.Meanwhile i have filed 02 cases against him for maintanance and domestic in Baroda and he has also given petition to supreme court for transfer both the cases from Baroda to Bihar.Sir let me know Divorce case will be running in Baroda as per transfer by me or Not?and other 02 cases which were filed by me in Baroda will be transfer in Bihar or it will be running in Baroda.and what will be happening in future as i were very very upset and i don't understand what is the planning of my husband?
