Respected sir
if a women signs khula through islamic jamaat on 100rs bond with certain conditions like
1. withdrawl of cases agenest husband family
2. will not claim maintenance
3. husband should not claim her sons.
after getting concent from huband side without withdrawing cases she has married someone else in .... now she is not at all responding....498a which she has booked agenst her husband is still going on.... its in charge stage.
she is married without completing khula conditions.
please help us how to carry out this situation

If she not turned up to court, police may close the prosecution side after getting Certificate from VAO like, she is not dwelling in case mentioned place,
you clarity with the relevant police
you may go for quashing of the FIR.
