Respected Sir,
Lastly i just want to know is that we got married in Gayatri Mandir by submitting our Affidavits but has not been registered. So, this needs to take Divorce for safe future or nothing will go wrong if i plan for second marriage without any divorce. Coz the statement she gave in SDM's office was direct under the pressure of her parents, so what if she reverts back when she agian gets into my rememberance, as nothing is predictable in future. i just don't want to go behind the bars for 7 years if this marriage is considered legal.

You just send notice to her calling her to join you based on the Affidavits. Wait for her response and then decide.
in case she has given statement that there was no marriage and the statement is duly recorded, you may think of new alliance. you need to procure the certified copy of that statement first.
