Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi respected sir/mam,

i was born in 1987 and i was raised by my uncle and married my uncle in 2002 at group marriages done by Arya Vysya Sangam in visakhapatnam and at that time my age was around 15 to 16 years and my uncle age was around 25 years at marriage, which we both dont like to marry each of us because we treat ourselves as brother and sister because he raised me like his own child, but under lot of pressure of our elders, they did our marriage without our both acceptance and from that point itself we both never lead a married life, never lead a sexual life too because after marriage too we are treating ourselves as brother and sister only, never thought for a minute too that we are a couple. In that way my uncle too treats me as his own sister and never lead a married life with me.....and we too are living seperately and continued my studies. now i am living seperately in my office women quarters from the past 1.5 years or so. At this point our elders are too feeling bad on their fast wiseless action towards us doing uninterested marriage for us. Now i got an outside match where the bridegroom interested in me even after hearing my sad history and was ready to marry me and i am too interested to marry my new match bridegroom, but they are requesting me for a quick divorce with my uncle so that he can marry me wihtout any legal problem. At this point my uncle(husband), me, our elders all are ready for quick divorce and all are ready to fill and sign any needed documents. So i am requesting u heartfully that please guide me what should i do to get a quick divorce and should i need to produce any documents etc because ur golden advice will change my life to lead a happy life where now i am ready to marry the person interested on me at this point..So waiting for your respected valuable advice.
