Respected Sir,

my brother was seated by gangrene patient in his marriage, before the marriage the women have been taking medicine for 15 years for gangrene. So, we try to file divorce case in family court at Madurai. but we don't know which is the correct section for gangrene. our advocate also has confused please answer my question

you can file divorce on ground of cruelty.
