Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Sir,

My brother's case was disclosed and the high court had ordered to pay compensation from my father's property to his former wife due to the absence of our represantative. we came to know this reason recently as we all are staying abroad and have no idea what do. Will it be possible to REOPEN THE CASE again ? don't we have the right to inherit our father's property? our father has already passed away.Do we have any option to succeed in the case?his former wife has alleged that we have her ornaments with us. but this is not true. so how can the court pass an order against us if we have done nothing? there is no evidence.is the law made only for supporting women without checking whether they tell the truth or not? my brother is going through mental depression.please advice.
