respected sir,

my father died last month in a bike accident.

i have step mother with two married step sister and i am from first wife.

my father was a primary headmaster.

before death,my stepmother had taken everythings nomination on her name.

now,after my fathers death,he will get gratuaty & fund about 7-8lack,4 lic's and other amounts so can you kindly give me some suggestion about succession cert and court fees.

it is you who has all the rights to the property along with your step sisters and your step mother has no right in the property. you may file a petition for succession and nomination is not a hindrance to it. once you file a petition for succession, seek stay against the authorities to not to act upon nomination.
