Respected Sir,
My father has 2 wives. He has divorced my mother & comes to our house in a week & fights with my mother pays only 2700 per month in which we meet our expenses. I am the only girl child of my father. My father discriminates between girl & boy & has adopted a boy aged 12 years who lives in other house. He belongs to the family of my stepmother. I don't want him in my house. He has come to0 close to my father & he values him more than me. I want my property & I want to live seperately without my father. He is retired now & recently opened a ppf account of me & my stepmother in which he forcibly included the name of that child as nominee even though I objected saying that the nominee should be small. I am afraid that he can give the whole property to him & my stepmother. What should I do to somehow get my right & property? I am looking for job & donot go to my other house since I don't trust that boy & that woman. My father tells nothing about his intentions of making a will.He trusts them blindly & I am afraid that something bad is going to happen. Kindly tell me what to do in such a situation. I will be highly grateful to you.

approach a local advocate and issue legal notice.
It appears by your by reading your question that the amount of Rs. 2700.00 given by your father is of his own will. here first of you can claim for the maintenance from your father and not only you your mother should and can claim for maintenance.
you can file a suit for claiming the share in his property also.
