Sir divoce petition filled by husband which is transfered to my district now my husband's intension is to compromise in Lokadalat and after joining him he will file a fresh divorce petition again in his state
I want to know whether he can do so or not

You cannot stop anyone from taking steps not warranted by law. However, if he files a fresh petition after reaching compromise in Lok Adalat, you may take appropriate remedies at that stage. For the time being, your situation will depend upon final outcome of the case.
