Responcibility of baby
After death of mother, if father is ready to take responcibility can his in-laws take any legal steps to take back that baby

Father is natural guardian so in-laws does not stand a chance. However, there is no bar on their filling a petition for custody of minor. They will have to prove that welfare of child is not possible with the father, which is really difficult.
