Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, I am the one of the respondents in a writ petition(in high court). The petitioner filed the writ petiiton through his GPA holder .that is the petiitoner gave GPA to some one to represent his case in high court and his GPA holder filed the writ petition.
But I am doubtful about the petitioner address which was mentioned in his GPA. I would like to know the petitioner's present address to send notices in some other case. I heared that as I am the respondent in the present writ petition , I can not request the high court to direct the GPA holder to provide the petitioner's present address. or I can not ask the high court to direct the petitioner to provide his present address..
Pls let me know.

generally the GPA is also accompanied by proof of address in the form of attested copy of passport or identity proof. in case you are doubtful about the address of Petitioner, you may call for the address.
You may file an appropriate application in the same very case praying the court for directions to disclose the full particulars of petitioner including his present address.
