Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thank you for your responses sir. I need suggession from you. No one helping us. Please help me. I will explain you the case clearly.

One of my sister harrassed by her husband and his family members. They both are software engineers and living in Mumbai. After four months, he sent her to her native place and saying that I don�t want her and want to diverse. All my family members and elders went to his house and requested for compromise. But, they are not ready to take her back. We arrange an elders meeting also. Eventhough they are not ready to take her back. All my family members are govt.employees and we are in a prestigious position in the society. So, we are not ready to file a case and all. But, till 4 months also, we didn�t get any response from his side and all elders also suggested to file a case. So, we filed a case(498A). Police went to theire place and arrested them. Because of case, they compromised and taken my sister back.

After that, till 4 months they are living happily. Suddenly, he planned a drama like my uncle is not well we need to go to our native place immediately. They have started from Mumbai. Before reaching his native , he got a false call saying that he has moved hyderabad appollo hospital. So, he told to my sister like, you can go to your native. I�ll go to appollo hospital. She accepted for that and went to her native alone. After 2 days, she got a call from his husband saying that, �we got a bail. We are not ready to take you back�. After filing a case, he just played a drama with her for 4 months until he gets a bail.

Now, we are not able to decide what to do? One of my elder suggested us to apply for the bail cancellation. But, in our native all the lawyers and police not aware of bail cancellation procedure. They are simply saying that, we don�t know the procedure. Please suggest us what we can do?

He has spoiled my sister�s life. He has to punish somwhere. Please suggest us, what are the possibilities we have? Please explain me the procedure for bail cancellation. Please�..
